Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of all content, files, and communications provided during the project.

3. Scope of Services

The Company provides digital services including UI/UX design, web application development, CMS-based websites, and social media marketing services.

Project requirements, deliverables, timelines, revisions, and pricing shall be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, or agreement between the Client and the Company.

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

4. Payments & Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A project advance/deposit may be required before work begins
Remaining balances shall be paid according to agreed milestones or invoice terms
Invoices are due within the payment period stated on the invoice

Late payments may result in:

Suspension of ongoing work
Delayed delivery of services
Additional late payment charges where applicable

The Company reserves the right to withhold final files, website deployment, or transfer of ownership until full payment has been received.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices:

The Client shall own the final approved deliverables specifically created for the project
The Company retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused designs, frameworks, tools, code libraries, and proprietary processes unless otherwise agreed

The Company reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise restricted by written agreement.

6. Revisions & Approvals

Reasonable revisions may be included as specified in the project agreement.

Once a design, concept, content, or deliverable has been approved by the Client, any further modifications may incur additional costs and affect delivery timelines.

7. Project Delays

The Client agrees to provide all required content, approvals, feedback, and materials in a timely manner.

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Delayed client responses
Failure to provide required information
Third-party service interruptions
Hosting or platform-related issues

8. Social Media Marketing Services

For social media marketing services:

The Client is responsible for providing access to relevant accounts and platforms
Marketing outcomes such as engagement, reach, leads, or sales cannot be guaranteed
The Company is not responsible for changes in algorithms, advertising policies, or platform restrictions imposed by third-party platforms

9. Website & Application Development

The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure websites and applications function properly upon delivery.

However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance due to factors beyond its control, including:

Hosting provider failures
Internet outages
Third-party integrations
Browser or device compatibility changes

Clients are responsible for maintaining licenses, hosting renewals, domain renewals, and third-party subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

All services and information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giga Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data
Security breaches caused by third-party systems or client negligence
Downtime, hacking attempts, malware, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control

The Client assumes full responsibility for the use of delivered services and products.

11. Termination

Either Party may terminate a project or service agreement by written notice.

Upon termination:

The Client shall pay for all completed work and outstanding invoices up to the termination date
No refunds shall be issued for completed or partially completed work already performed

The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases involving abusive behavior, non-payment, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software tools.

The Company is not responsible for:

Changes in third-party pricing or policies
Service interruptions from third-party providers
Licensing limitations or discontinued services

Any third-party costs shall be borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed.

13. Website Usage

You agree not to use this website:
