Additional services may be offered based on project requirements and mutual agreement.


2. Project Initiation

Projects will commence only after:

  • Approval of the project proposal or quotation
  • Confirmation of project scope and requirements
  • Receipt of the required advance payment or deposit

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, content, credentials, and information required to begin the project.


3. Scope of Work

All project deliverables, timelines, revisions, pricing, and features will be defined in the project agreement, proposal, quotation, or invoice.

Any requests outside the agreed scope may:

  • Require additional charges
  • Affect project timelines
  • Require a revised agreement

The Company reserves the right to evaluate and approve any scope changes.


4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Deliver content, feedback, and approvals on time
  • Maintain communication throughout the project
  • Ensure all provided materials comply with applicable laws and intellectual property rights

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed client responses.


5. Design & Development Process

UI/UX Designing

  • Initial concepts or mockups will be shared for review
  • Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the agreed package or contract
  • Final approval from the Client is required before implementation

Web & CMS Development

  • Development timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness
  • The Company may use third-party tools, plugins, frameworks, or APIs where appropriate
  • Cross-browser and responsive compatibility will be tested within reasonable industry standards

Social Media Marketing

  • Marketing strategies and campaigns are customized according to client objectives
  • Performance may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms
  • Specific results such as guaranteed sales, leads, followers, or engagement cannot be guaranteed

6. Revisions Policy

Reasonable revisions are included where specified in the service agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

Major changes requested after approval of a design, feature, or phase may require revised timelines and pricing.


7. Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on the agreed project scope and available information.

Delivery schedules may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback or approvals
  • Changes in project scope
  • Technical challenges
  • Third-party service interruptions

The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but does not guarantee delivery dates under circumstances beyond its control.


8. Payments & Billing

Clients agree to pay all invoices according to agreed payment terms.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Pause ongoing work for overdue payments
  • Delay project delivery until payments are cleared
  • Withhold final files, source code, or deployment until full payment is received

Any applicable taxes, third-party costs, or transaction fees may be charged separately unless otherwise stated.


9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The Client shall receive ownership rights to the final approved deliverables specifically created for the project
  • The Company retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, concepts, templates, and reusable code components unless otherwise agreed

The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless restricted by written agreement.


10. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

Unless explicitly included in a service agreement:

  • Clients are responsible for domain renewals and hosting payments
  • Third-party licenses, plugins, APIs, and subscriptions are the Client’s responsibility
  • The Company is not liable for downtime, failures, or policy changes related to third-party providers

11. Maintenance & Support

Post-delivery support or maintenance services are only included if specified in the agreement.

Additional support, updates, bug fixes, or enhancements requested after project completion may be billed separately.


12. Prohibited Content & Activities

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services involving:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Hate speech or harmful content
  • Malware, phishing, or cybersecurity abuse
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property
  • Adult or restricted content prohibited by applicable laws

13. Limitation of Liability

Giga Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses, lost profits, or data loss
  • Third-party service failures
  • Security breaches outside reasonable control
  • Platform policy changes or algorithm updates

The Client assumes responsibility for reviewing and approving all final deliverables before public use or deployment.


14. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared during the course of a project shall be treated with reasonable care and confidentiality.

The Company will not disclose confidential client information unless:

  • Authorized by the Client
  • Required by law
  • Necessary for service delivery through trusted contractors or vendors

15. Termination of Services

Either Party may terminate services through written notice.

Upon termination:

  • The Client shall pay for all completed work and outstanding invoices
  • Any unpaid work or deliverables may be withheld until payment is completed
  • Refunds shall be governed by the Company’s Return & Refund Policy

16. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet outages
  • Government restrictions
  • Cyber-attacks
  • Power failures
  • War, civil unrest, or pandemics

17. Policy Updates

Giga Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Service Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
