Due to the nature of digital services, time, effort, consultation, and resources are allocated immediately once a project begins. Therefore, refunds are subject to the conditions stated below.


2. Advance Payments & Deposits

All advance payments, booking fees, or project deposits are generally non-refundable once:

  • Project planning has started
  • Research or strategy work has begun
  • Design or development work has commenced
  • Resources have been allocated to the project

These payments cover administrative costs, consultation, planning, and reserved production time.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The Company is unable to start the project due to internal reasons
  • Duplicate payment was made by the Client
  • A cancellation request is submitted before any work has commenced
  • The service purchased cannot be delivered as agreed

Approved refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe.


4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed or partially completed work
  • Approved designs, concepts, or revisions
  • Delays caused by the Client
  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Digital marketing or advertising spend already utilized
  • Third-party purchases, software licenses, hosting, domains, plugins, or subscriptions
  • Services suspended due to non-payment or violation of terms

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice.

If cancellation occurs:

  • The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any remaining unpaid invoices become immediately due
  • Deliverables completed prior to cancellation may be withheld until payment clearance

The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend services due to:

  • Non-payment
  • Abusive behavior
  • Illegal activities
  • Violation of agreed terms

6. Revision & Service Concerns

If a Client is dissatisfied with any service, we encourage them to contact us immediately so reasonable revisions or corrective measures can be discussed.

Our goal is to resolve concerns professionally and fairly before considering refund requests.


7. Third-Party Costs

Any costs paid to third-party providers are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting services
  • Paid advertising campaigns
  • Premium plugins or software licenses
  • API subscriptions
  • Cloud services

Refund eligibility for such services depends solely on the policies of the respective third-party providers.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with the Company.

In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback:

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend all services immediately
  • Ownership or access to project deliverables may be revoked where legally permissible
  • Legal action may be pursued if necessary

9. Processing of Refunds

Where refunds are approved:

  • Refunds shall be processed through the original payment method where possible
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers
  • Transaction fees or administrative deductions may apply where permitted by law
